I had a hard time falling asleep last night. Wanting/needing cuddles so I used my pillows. Woke up very tired and sore. It was hard to get out of bed this morning. I didn't run this morning. Feeling very tired low-energy sore. Meeting a friend for a walk around the lake hopefully will get the energy to run.

Didn't lose much, but I didn't gain. Possibly gained muscle and lost fat due to running and watching my food intake. I'm ok with the weight results....for now!
