Today I maxed my RDI's, and went over my carbs by 8.6. Stayed in the hospital all day with my husband. Ate vegetable sticks - too many carbs. Crazy how a person can overdo vegetables. No matter how long I've done Atkins, I just can't get over the old thinking of low fat and more veggies.
