Wow, it took 2 and 1/2 months, but I'm down by 20 pounds. Someone actually noticed yesterday. I hope I can keep at it and get to my goal weight by the end of this year.

20lbs.... That is great!!! I have lost 57lbs since November.... just started using this website to get off the last 25 I want to lose. Your 20lb weight loss is inspiration. Congrats
