I try hard to keep each time I eat under 250 calories. Dinner under 400. Try to keep intake for day between 1100-1200. Some days are easy and some days I am frustrated. And sometimes I fail miserably. I need to be more active and keep my mind occupied because my mind is what screws me all up. Get stressed=eat, got something that needs done=eat, get sad=eat everything is eat eat eat. Because that will make it better. Just venting.
