Have had a nice morning so far. DH and I got some beautiful stone from the foundation of an old house. Bulldozers coming tomorrow morning so it was our last chance to get some of it.

Would make a beautiful sidewalk also. Have done that with slate from the quarry.

I have a steep slope going into my backyard from my side door, some big stones would fit into my plan for later in the year, when it is cooler.

Need to expand an existing stone wall. And DH would eventually like to make a water feature (retirement project).

Foundation stones would be perfect for a stone wall. Water features can be soo nice.

If you're moving foundation stones, I guess you're feeling much better! Glad to see you back here. If I had had the time to put in some historical weights for a couple months back, you'd see I went through something similar.....and I wasn't even sick! Just have to go forward and deal with the present. I have every confidence, you'll be right back in the swing of things....it will be as if you never had that darned ol' sinus infection!
