Well, today could be better, but I'll take it. My weight loss goal today was to hit 297. I got 299.5. I'm happy it's a loss, just not as much as I wanted. I'm going to try walking a lot more, I figure the gremlin could use some exercise too. I'm not really feeling like i'm losing anything. A girl at work always says I'm thinner every single day. Really now? reallllly...????? She said the same thing when I gained 15 lbs over the winter. lol. Some people try to be so sweet, and it's appreciated, but come on now. You and I both know that 15 lbs of fat doesn't make me look thinner. :) It's nice to hear, but even better when it's actually true, not just said to be nice. I hope that's not me being mean. I'm not trying to be.
