Abs day today:
Kneeling cable crunches: 200x11, 180x11, 160x13 (I only did a few minutes of cardio as a warm up and didn't feel like I was able to push this hard enough. Will do the typical 3 set warm up next week.)
Crunches: 17.5x14, 17.5x12, 17.5x9 (finally able to start moving the weight up on these without over-using my psoas muscles. One of the tips is to keep the knees close together.)
Reverse crunches: 17.5x12, 15x12
