Knew this morning would be my only chance to get to the gym today, so got up at 5:50am - feeling very proud of myself this morning. Came home and biscuits and gravy for the boys before school. Fixed some sausage links for me, but then I turned around and they were all gone too - that's what happens with 3 little boys :-) So I guess its my MIM again this morning. FYI Wal-Mart has their hormal little sizzlers on sale for $.98 a box this week. I asked my husband to go buy some more today :-)

Thanks for the heads up on hormel links! And SOOOO proud of you....made brownies for Rob and the girls Monday night...I even got some on my hand and WASHED my hand instead of licking it! They ate some last night and since hubs bought regular jello instead of sugar free - bless his heart he tried - I took my reddi-wip and put a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder in and had a chocolate mousse!

had never thought of the coco and redd whip - I have both of those :-) Look at you being all en genius! Was listening to a sermon on child rearing while I was working out this morning and the pastor said that he had horrible skin as a teen and his mom told him that if he cut down on his sugar it would help. He said said after 3 months off sugar he longer even wanted it - he said he went six years before eating sugar again! Wow! I understand though - today is 4 weeks on Atkins and I'm not even tempted by the sugar at this point! :-) Love it!
