Still maintaining. Did not eat very well this past week. Still eating whatever I want but trying to concentrate on controlling the portions. Room for improvement. Could make better choices though.
My brother said that I inspire him. Probably not enough though--he's still on the cough woofing it down😂. He can tell me how to workout and eat but he never takes his own advice. Gotta work on him. He just turned 65 and really need to start taking better care of himself even though he thinks he's in decent shape.
The plan is to maintain for another month then to set a new milestone.
