Probably! There's no way I could track my carbs without this site. Especially Net Carbs vs all the carbs minus the fiber, blah, blah, blah. This is much easier! :)

I just joined yesterday, and although I wasn't a strict carb counter, I'm thinking I've also been ignoring trace carbs in things like cheese and flax :P Let's try and track our stuff and see if it helps speed things up! I'm doing a combo of low carb and JUDDD (alternating low cal with regular cal days). I didn't think I'd track on my 'up' days but I am curious, so decided to. It might help me make better choices and be accountable!

it has been great ... it has been a HUGE help tracking BEFORE I eat! And my new FAVORITE veggie....1/2 cup of cucumber, 1/3 cup of tomatoes, EVOO, Red Wine vinegar, pepper and 1 packet of splenda....YUMMOOOOOO
