Well, being on that trip a week ago where I had limited control of my diet knocked me further off the bandwagon that I thought it would. It's not a craving for carbs or sweets, it's that I don't care. I knew on the trip that some days, pizza was what there was for lunch, so I ate it. But now that I'm back, this week I've allowed the same thought process, even though I have total control over what I eat now that I'm home. Consequently, I'm still at 182-ish pounds and 15% body fat, so I haven't made any progress.

Today is carb day and leg day. I'm going to hit the gym hard, and hit my macros too and resolve to get the mindset right next week and hit 14% body fat.
