I induldge this weekend! :) Congratulations to all of you out there that did good and didn't eat for Easter. But, you know what I did eat and I enjoyed it. Now that's not to say my tummy was not feeling the overkill from food, but I'm telling you it was good! But, I'm ready to get back to my day to day. I am so thankful that I allowed my self to eat and enjoy. Now I had small portions but I ate portions of everything and that is what filled me beyond what my tummy will hold. :) So today will be a very light day. I don't even feel like eating but I figured if I can eat breakfast and lunch then I can skip dinner if I must.
Today I will be in the gym at lunch and after work, I have extra calories to burn off.

I'm with you. I induldged and enjoyed it. Not only did I try everything but I had some seconds of my favorites. Last night I had a stomache ache and was thinking I should/could have done better. Like you I must get to the gym after work & I packed a light lunch. On the plus side I saw my sisters and they commented positively on my weight loss. Gives me some incentive to get back at it.

Wohooooooo, see we allowed ourselves to have it and now we are ready to get back to watching our intake. I'm a firm believer that it's ok to induldge and occasions like Easter, Christmas etc. Just not on a no reason basis. Because I feel if I allow myself, I'm included with everyone and I'm not missing out. Good for you on the incentive to get back to it "meonadiet", You know what we probably shocked our bodies after eating good all the time, we may be suprised at our weight loss this week. I am going to wait until later this week to give sometime for yesterday to get out of my system. HEHE!
