My stats after one month on the Kaiser machine:

July 2, 2014
Age: 51
Weight: 173.9 (with dress on) (June 2nd = 179.8)
Height: 5'11.6" (I'm 6' tall this machine lies lol)
BMI: 24 (June 2nd = 26)
Body Fat: 30% (June 2nd = 31%)
Fat mass 51.8 (June 2nd = 55.1)

Recommendations:
Your IDEA WEIGHT forb a normal BMI is between:
138.7 - 182.5 lbs

BODY MASS INDEX
Low up to: 18.9
Normal: 19.0-24.9
Overweight: 24.0-29.9
Obesity from: 30.0

Your IDEA BODY FAT PERCENTAGE is between:
26.6 - 33.1 %

I weighed in at 172.6 at home (without clothes) after my walk this morning. I'm moving a long nicely for an older chick!! Folks at work telling me I don't need to lose any more weight. But I'm going for 165, then I'll decide from there if I should lose more or maintain. If my weight loss starts to stall, I'll just get really strict with my fast days. Progress, not perfection :)

You know, with your height, that weight would seem to be perfect. The height alone would make a 5-5 woman envious. Me!!!

You are so kind Classic Rocker, this is not a bad weight for me at all. But I like the lean and mean look, so I'm really happiest at around 165 - 168 lbs zone. My dad likes me at this weight. He says I look "poor" when I get really lean! LOL
