Was gone on vacation last week. Didn't do too bad on the diet because I brought canned chicken to eat to keep the protein up and carbs down. Body fat and weight stayed the same over the week, even though I had limited control of diet and schedule are the event we were at for 7 days. Back on the normal routine as of yesterday.
Pretty good shoulders and traps day yesterday and abs this morning.
