Sorry folks, just saw recipe request...15gm olives, 18gm mozarella cheese, 40gm low fat happy cow cheese (2 slices), half tsp garlic powder, 50gm low fat milk,40ml pizza saice, 2 dashes salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 80gm chicken breast meat, 35gm mushroom, 85 gm flour(wheat/white mix, or straight up)...carbs are actually a little higher at 19gms per slice with the final recipe mentioned above...protein can be increased also just add more chicken, approx calories per slice are 155...i also heat my dough on a 'tawa' for just a bit before throwing in the fillings and then in the oven...that way a get a 'crispy' base. All ingredients are approx..feel free to adjust.
