Wanted to check in with all my buddies and see how things are going. Didn't record any food yesterday as I call Sunday my keepit simple day lol... try to catch up on much needed sleep and usually don't excercise either. I know that I definatley did not go over my daily cals. so not worried one bit. School is taking up all my time and I have to admit that I'm overwelmed right now. There is so much to do and doing it all online makes even more to keep together. Keep on keeping on is all I can do and pray that I pass through this!!!
