Started wearing FitBit and Jen and I are going to the Y every day. The results from yesterday to today will never be typical. I am still averaging 0.8 pounds a day and that is great. I will take the scale readings as just variable weight. I will hold off weighing myself again until next Friday, July 4. Then we shall see how I am doing.
