Down 2.5 pounds in just 2 days is pretty nice! It's day 3 and I'm glad to be losing some extra weight already. It's more than likely water, that's okay. Water is heavy and I am okay with getting rid of the extra. This trend of watching my food intake is really about rationing. I will eat butter because I believe of it's nutritional benefits, especially as a woman. However, I am having 1/2 a table spoon at a time. I've been eating miracle noodles as a filler and they've been okay so far, but I don't see myself desiring them for long. But I can change my mind. I'm looking at protein bars as candy bars. Since my step son's birthday is today and we had cookies delivered to the house, I decided on the protein bar instead. Which ended up being a perfect solution to my sweet tooth. Yum!
