I've been really down lately and eating really poorly. I'm an Atkins lover, but I'm reading and will follow The Smarter Science of Slim (The Calorie Myth by Jonathan Baylor.)

Don't cut calories....the last thing your body wants is for you to eat less. Your body is not regulated by math, it is regulated by a very complex set of hormones. Eat more and eat very healthy veggies, fats and proteins. No garbage food. I really feel like I haven't been eating enough...
