I got to get out of the house. Did a LOT of walking with a good 20lbs or so in my backpack, plus pushing an umbrella stroller with a 30ish lb preschooler through 'off-road' and other mixed terrain. I feel a lot better having been out and about. Also a bit tired, but in a good way.
