Yesterday was just not a good day for me. I started off the morning with Hardees Cinnamon & Raisin Biscuits, (2) of them. I have been really doing good with me my food although sometimes my points are up, I still eat healthy. Not yesterday, and I had handfuls of chocolate. So I had my day back on track today. These last 10 lbs. are so tough and I'm having a hard time getting them to budge. Today I commit to go to the gym to walk during my lunch break. Then work out after work with my Woobie (my pet name for my husband). I have to commit to fight for these last 10lbs., my body likes where it's at right now and I'm very comfortable but I still need to get to a healthy weight.
