Total off the rails day today. Met my sister for supper in a nice restaurant. We used to do this every other month but it’s been a year and a half. I decided, “Full speed ahead, and damn the torpedos!” Result: 1915 kcal day. It was totally worth it … ! but my scale will not be on speaking terms with me for a few days at least.
