I have stopped eating chips (especially my favorite, nacho tortillas) and I have not missed it. I have replaced chips with 2 tablespoons of hummus and carrots and it seems to be working. The hardest part of losing weight for me is changing my eating habits. It helps me stay on track when I see that my weight is going down on the scale.
