Had meetings in the morning yesterday, so I couldn't workout, but I did squeeze in a late workout right before the YMCA closed for the night. Triceps and biceps day, I don't like to miss it.
Today was back day, plus I did a 10 minute session of HIIT cardio on the stationary bike. I hate cardio...
