Had meetings in the morning yesterday, so I couldn't workout, but I did squeeze in a late workout right before the YMCA closed for the night. Triceps and biceps day, I don't like to miss it.

Today was back day, plus I did a 10 minute session of HIIT cardio on the stationary bike. I hate cardio...

Deadlift: 155x5, 155x4, 155x4
Seated row: 135x9, 115x13
Dumbbell row: 40x11, 40x11

More weight or reps on each set!
