It's official ... I have lost a total of 20.1kg over fifteen and a half months. I'm fine with how long it's taken, as slow and steady is the better race, and it's more likely to stay off. My eating habits have completely changed and I'm finding they are extremely easy to maintain. I'm so happy with my accomplishment and very proud of myself. I NEVER thought I'd see this day. I was originally aiming for 10kg and every time I reached a goal, I'd raise the bar and succeed again. We'll done, me. 😀
