I recommend running every morning once you wake up. It helped me to lose 9kg.

How long do you run for in the morning?

I usually do interval run 30 to 40 mins and then workout home training on my own. You can use Running apps. It’s easy to start running for beginners.

Don't eat anything past 6pm and lower your carbs.

At 5’8” I stayed at 52kgs for over 10 years after 3 kids! I just double checked my BMR and my activity levels and changed my calories to match. On my lazy days I drop my calories to 900 (as per the app) and on my busy days of course it will increase. To be totally honest though, I struggle to get my calories high because I’ve never been a big eater… if I’m not careful (like today) and I get busy with my 4 kids I get to now and I’ve only had 600 calories! I don’t recommend that!

When I first joined this app it helped me figure it out… it helps you understand what calories your body needs to just function without all the daily activities and obviously if you are super busy, your body might require a few more. Going into starvation mode would explain the plateau (although a lot of things can) so on your busy day add a few extra calories and from my sister (a professional body builder) change up your routine and exercise! Your body adapts amazing fast and sometimes it just needs a change to remind it not to stick in that plateau! Good luck honey! 😊😊
