Any advice please. I constantly stay hungry regardless of what and how much I eat. With kids going back to school and being alone. I think I might be eating because of boredom. How can I prevent this from happening the whole time? I tried starting a hobby, but my energy levels are so low I don't feel like doing anything. I know this is going to become a huge problem in the end 😔

Try eating more protein and doing high volume low calorie foods. Its amazing how much veggies you can eat for very few calories, or even watermelon its crazy low in calories. Also make sure that you are eating enough food during the day.

I totally agree with Carmenbotha’s advice. But allow yourself a treat once in a while. To avoid binging on the forbidden. You are allowed everything, but you just have a treat once in a while for balance. That way your mind doesn’t keep thinking about that chocolate you crave so much. Try switching to dark chocolate. The darker the better. One block or two will satisfy your sweet tooth. Best to have no treats in the house and buy a little on the weekend for the kids. That way during the week. No temptation to snack on them. Weekend you can have a little. But if you do better by avoiding them all together. Then that’s what works for you. All the best 🍀

Why dont you try and make Fat Secret a new hobby .. I pre make soups every week for my lunches, all weighed and measured, I make things like hummus so I can snack on that.. Red pasta sauce to use as a sauce for pasta or on a chicken breast or piece of fish. I educate and inform myself every day and it's so cool to learn what is low cal / high cal etc.. I have only been with FS for a month and its saved me so may times. take your weight loss seriously but interesting.

What worked for me is a totally zero carb diet. I ate protein until i was full. Even stayed away from vegetables. And im talking like 3 steaks at a meal. I ate fish, cheese, eggs even stayed away from nuts as they do have carbs. Try it for 5 days. You'll lose weight fast. I suppose your body goes into ketosis. Drink lots of water.

What is your current RDI? Are you among for this, or aiming too low and then ending up hungry because you are undereating? Also, if you've gone from "normal eating" whatever that may be, to changing your lifestyle for weightless purposes, make the transition slowly - you will still lose weight, but less dramatically, but that's actually favourable because it's sustainable. Also aim for very nutrient dense foods. J do keto, and I am very happy with my foods and don't go Hu gry anymore, but I think in the beginning everyone needs to start with small adjustments to your eating habits

Are you drinking enough fluids? If you are dehydrated you will be very tired and craving. Are you eating enough fat? When I’m feeling tired I add a blob of butter to my food, but you can use olive oil or avocado oil too, keep some fatty biltong handy to snack on if you feel the need. My go to snack is 20gnuts and 30g blueberries but only if I really have to and not every day. Eat it really slowly! It’s very satisfying.

ill share my story if it helps. i Had cravings all the time because i was addicted to sugar and i suspect not enough other nutrients in my body. i combatted this by eating as much fruit and veggies as i could get in (it's hard to overeat veggies) and i only ate homemade sweets without sugar (dates for sweet) worked pretty well. now i have no cravings.

Hey 👋🏻 There could be a few reasons, however there are a few simple things you can do like structuring your meals to eat a specific time only, drink enough water, ensure that the meals you do eat consist of the right amount of macro splits meaning proteins, carbs and fats. If you are very active then this could play a big role in your metabolism. There's nothing wrong with a fast metabolism, the problem is how active are you? Always remember, you can never out train a bad diet, so it's calories in vs calories out. Just up your activity levels then and eat at specific times.
