Just got home after a 4 day camping trip completely off the grid. It was very strange to not be weighing in daily! I lived off salad, coffee on soy, water, sausages+rissoles, trail mix and apples for the time away. Also, 1/2 bottle of vodka with sugarfree mixer. Upon returning home, I weighed in and was sitting a kilo up on my typical weight. Admittedly, I busted out and ate a Roadhouse breaky wrap on the drive home. I'm also carrying 2 sugarfree V's and 2 sugar free roadies right now, so I'm pretty happy with that result. Will be interesting to see my morning weigh in now that I'm home and settled back into a more typical routine.
