btw...i qlways start my day with atleast 2/3 glasses of water, luke warm with a bit of lemon even better.

@oonaza its 8gms of oats, 15gms of low fat milk, 100gms protein powder (choose ur flavour wisely), and finally 4/5 gms of peanut butter, for 1 serving. put the protein powder in a bowl first, then mix oats, then peanut butter , finally add milk and mix it all up to form a dough. simply put in refregirator/freezer for an hr or two and its done! no baking required!
