I find sometimes it takes a while to show ….keep going though, I’m sure it will pay off. I’m the worst for exercising so full of admiration of anyone doing more than usual

You have lost a lot so far. Maybe the body has adjusted and become more efficient and if you are lighter you don't need so many calories. Maybe you will have to tweak someting to get to the next stage?
