Pretty damn happy! End of day 4. No energy crashing, no crankiness, no cravings. I feeeeel good! (Did you just hear James Brown in your head? LOL!) And, yes, I know that most of my weightloss has been water, I get that. It's still loss... so I am happy. A girl is allowed to be happy, right?
