Did well eating this weekend. Made some healthier meal alternatives and resisted the urge to order pizza.
Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps this morning, whuped my butt thoroughly. Did really well on Ab Ripper X, almost did all of the Fifer Scissors. I was able to do all the reps for every other exercise on ARX, which is a first, I estimate I did 344 reps total, missing just five Fifer Scissors.
