Okay, here we are at Monday again :-) Got back into ketosis over the weekend - yay! Going to be much more careful when going out to eat. It is feeling so good not be a slave to food anymore! Tomorrow is my birthday, and I'm not even sad that there won't be a cake :-) My husband asked me what I would like him to cook me and I said, a nice juicy steak, mashed cauliflower and salad - did I say that? :-) Usually my mindset would be hey, it's my birthday, forget the diet for today - what is happening to me haha!

Good on you, Milbwknicole! I used to say "It's BIRTHDAY CAKE, forget the DAY!!!" I loooooooooved birthday cake, and weird binge eater that I was, would actually by one of those 1/4 sheet cakes and over the course of two days, eat nothing else but that cake. Talk about being a slave to food!
