Day 2, totally feeling good. This doesn't seem to be a tough challenge for me. I love the food options. I drink lots of water anyway. So far, so good.
Here's the thing... I feel like I'm eating a LOT, but the carbs aren't even coming close to 20 per day. More like 10-12. I certainly don't want to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry. Any suggestions? Is it ok to stay at that level? I am goal oriented, but not to the point of obsessive. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks, and have a great week, everyone!

OK, nevermind... I had NO idea salad greens had so many carbs! I used the food journal and was totally surprised! Guess hitting 20 carbs won't be tough to do now! Question, how in the world can you "eat up to 6 cups of salad greens" and stay under 20 carbs? Math isn't working for me. I LOVE a challenge. This is interesting!
