Doing pretty good with forming my new habit. Over the last two weeks I have eaten something late about 3 times. A major improvement for me. Will try to better that this week. Also, I have been wailing most days.

lOL! Who knows what they're typing on these devices! You gave me a good belly laugh today. My intention is to walk and not wail. Take care.

Today was such a rough day that I bought a huge box of Oreos and ate almost a sleeve. Tomorrow will be better.
