Yesterday was back day. Was able to pickup where I left off on deadlifts after a one week break. Felt great. Will be moving up to 150 lbs. next week.

Today was chest and abs. I liked the workout today better than the TSPA v2 chest and abs day. I wasn't able to do quite as much on some exercises, but more on others. I chalk that up to the differ order and some additional exercises. It was a good workout though. I haven't done chest dips in a couple of years. I remember now that I really like them.

The body fat % competition at work is over, I came in 2nd place. Me and the first and third place finishers were on the same team so we won the overall competition. Nice cash prize. The Fitbit scale finally started giving me good readings and had me at 16.7% that morning. So I dropped 12.0% body fat during the competition and the winner dropped 12.8% body fat. The competition was for 3 months, and I made no progress the first month on my own plan, but TSPA turned it around for me.
