got so aggravated today at McDonalds - first just threw the ranch dressing on my salad thinking all ranches were really low, then I read the package and 9 carbs!!!! Then I took a drink of my coke and somehow I didn't get diet - not sure if it was the machines fault or Jeff's :-) If that messes me up I'm going to be so mad!
Just checked ketosis and it was "small", but not sure how long it takes to show up if you've eaten sweets?
