So far on my virtual trip.. I have gone 46.02 miles... since 5/19= Missed couple of days.. I am making a "Trip" from Northern Indiana to Louisville, then to Lincoln Nb and back..using a treadmill, stationary bike, and any hiking that I do here locally... On the treadmill, did my best time yet-- 3.5mph for 15 min! I started out at 2.5.. progress.. downward (in weight) and forward!!!
