Today was a good day for me....diet wise. Kashi for breakfast, plain yogart with fresh blueberries and coffee for snack. PB&strawberry preserves on wheat bagel thin for lunch. 1/2 muscle milk before workout. Apple after. Turkey sandwich for supper and 1/2 cup grapes in evening.
