Messed up again! Been snacking on hot dogs and forgot to check the carb count. Am going to the freezer right now and thaw myself some REAL meat. Hot dogs are not fit for human comsumption anyway.

Hi Buffy! Mess ups are not really mess ups when we learn something from them. Recently I cut hot dogs out of my plan because they were causing me to stall. In fact I have cut out all processed meat and only eat REAL meat as you said. Lol You are doing a wonderful job at accessing what works for you. Those pesky hidden carbs...grrrrr!
