The colour bar changes from red to orange at 25% to goal weight, I think. And then from orange to yellow at 50%. (My next goal.)

Haha @grammalaura you know I am all about the visuals, before and after pictures will be brilliant. In the meantime I am taking weekly photos and seeing zero change, it's not a motivator. Funny how we see things better in others than we see things in ourselves. #onepictureatatime
