Well I had an “empty the salt shaker” day today. So I fully expect to be up at least 5 pounds tomorrow, and to spend the next 5-7 days (minimum) fighting to get that scale to be nice to me again. My son brought home rotisserie BBQ chicken, savoury potato wedges, and Caesar salad from the grocery today, so that’s what we had for lunch. (AND dinner!) Even at that my calories are within boundaries, so it’s reversible. But not instantly so. It was a nice gesture. Totally worth it. 😁
