Well I had my dinner at Palomino on Saturday... I didn't stick with the diet as I knew I wouldn't... it's ok, I don't regret it... I had a really nice dinner and don't mind the 2 pound weight gain... it's not like it doesn't come back off. I had the baked penne and a few glasses of wine... it was super tasty =) Back to eating healthy again... I'm gonna try to stick to phase 1 foods for a few more days since I had my mishap over the weekend, but I'm not gonna be super strict. Hope everyone had a good weekend. The new pic is from my dinner =)
