Anne those 200g are sustaining those sexy curves 😜 

I am top end of my blue line now though! Need to get a bit of wriggle room back. 

You are on target 🎯 I always expect my weight to fluctuate by 500 g maximum depending on the days. I don’t really record it because I know it’s not fat. Today mine was up by 600g. I’m close to that time 🙄 

I have been up and down a kilo over the last week but this pesky 200g is adding itself every week. Got to kill it soon! 

Anne, do you notice an increase of your measurements ? If my waist increases I know it’s time to get serious again 🤣 

I don't take measurements often. But I can tell as soon as I put on something fitted. Especially jeans. Most of my clothes are fitted so I have nowhere to hide! 

when can i see the moon ??  

Oh, Osama. I think you mean moon as in face?! In Scotland that might mean something else!! (look up mooning lols) 

Probably about 3 gin and tonics, Paul! 

I have been eating chocolate this week Paul (along with the slimline.) Sometimes I just take a notion for chocolate. Once I get that itch scratched I hope to drop the extra. Must remain blue line. So great to see you, BTW. x

Anne, you have an incredible figure...you could be in your 20s!!! I find your dedication very inspiring. I'm not sure my 30s body will ever look like my 20s...but I'm giving it a good shot.  

Thank you, Suma. My figure has remained pretty constant since my 20's. But then my workouts haven't changed that much in all those years (swim/gym) Diet has been more of a challenge for me. But the main thing is that you are aware and putting in the effort now. That will pay dividends in the long run.
