After thirteen hours of sitting on my butt, I got mad at "work" and did a hard treadmill workout for almost an hour last night. Weights during the day, trying to gently build up lower back muscles. Sitting is one of the gravest sins against one's body you can make. My opinion only. Got some last minute stuff dropped on me yesterday that put all the other stuff to the side and did it, but then you have to go back and do the other stuff. so frustrating.

Blob holding on the down side. Muscle up, workout was one of my favorites to date. Mix of hills, hills with speed, and flat out runs. Interval training. I'm learning to sprint for a minute at a time again. If I can get it down in heels later, I should be able to outrun any serial killers. Long running joke in my life, pun intended.

Four hummingbirds in the fountain again this morning. I'm thinking they must be the babies of the nest in my front yard. I'm trying to get a pic, but they have evaded me so far.

Real life update, sprinting just came into play doing the trash can shuffle as I thought they'd be picking up tomorrow because of the holiday. I was wrong. Won the race, made it to the curb with all three cans. Life is good.
