I already know since my last weigh in that nothing has changed for the better. The good news is, today has been pretty decent. I haven't done anything to back track. Usually, I can do pretty good until then those late night munchies come up. Cravings are the worst for me. I came up with a solution for that... I'm just going to go to bed the same time my kids do. If I am asleep, I can't have a late night snack. Lol Also, gum has been helping a lot today...maybe, just maybe I can make it.
