Thanks everyone. I’m still learning my way around this app. I’m using Renpho to import data from my scale as I weigh myself. I never knew the iPhone was also recording that data…LOL. If anyone has any other helpful tips, feel free to share. Thanks!!

I'm also new. I down loaded the app over the weekend then ended up with a serious sinus infection so today is the first day of tracking my food. I have 49 pounds to lose and am looking forward to saying goodbye to it.

Hi Kaye, looks like you’re doing great! I’m kinda following the optivia plan, but I’m hacking it. Lol. I don’t buy their food. Using healthy choices, protein shakes, eating small meals every 2.5-3 hours, drinking lots of water etc. I’ve happily lost 40 lbs since October…..happy dance! At mid 50s and after 7 kids, I’m at a high school weight!

As we all know, what works from some may not work for others. In my case…. portion control was my biggest problem. I love to cook…therefore, I love to eat. Now that I’ve lost a few pounds, I’m scared to eat. LOL.

Hi Kaye, I was doing this app for awhile wasn't very social on the app but very much enjoyed reading everyone's entries, to shy. But I'm trying to change that and I can say everyone is for the most part pretty good for you and keep up the good work type of attitude. Unfortunately, I've also read some negative and I just chalk that up to they must have had a bad apple today instead a nice juicy one, little joke. Anyways, originally I lost 50lbs this app was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle beginning of the year and my exercise routine went downhill and I wasn't as stringent with my food intake and gained 10lbs back. Got back on the saddle 2 weeks ago and happy to say I've lost 7 out of that 10 so just 20 more lbs. to go. Good luck and have fun... just think of all the shopping you'll get to do when you hit that final 28!! Kim
