Ok, I did really good staying on track and recording what I ate. Yesterday was such a beautiful day "65 - 70's", that I decided to clean my fish ponds. Ok, I worked from the time I woke up til the time I went to bed. I scrubbed my ponds, plants and all and it took me the majority of the day to do 2 ponds. Then I mopped floors, cleaned house cooked dinner, cleaned from dinner and went to bed at 9:30. I did not stop all day. I did so much that my lower back was really hurting when I went to bed, now mind you I exercise, cardio & weight train daily. It's a good thing I do because I don't think I could have pulled what I did yesterday off. Today every bit of my body is sore down to the pointing finger. :) So, no gym for me today, I'm going to give my body a day of relaxation. I've lost 3 lbs. since last recording and I want to record it so bad, but I will wait for thursday and hope that it stays off. I'm too the point that my body likes my weight alot and it's easy to maintain, but very hard to lose more. I've come to the conclusion that there is just a certain weight we should be, but I'm going to press for that 135lb. mark. I just hope I don't look like a stick, I want to keep my shape I have, because I still have a nice butt and nice size boobs any more and I might not have those things. :) So enough for today!
