On here, I have added Chol. intake, and sodium intake.. thought I was not doing bad before hand, then I saw the results.. WOW.. not good in the sodium department.. not sure how to decrease my sodium intake either..
Not sure bout Chol. intake, how much it should be, or shouldn't be..
Yes, I am recording all of my figures daily.. so that I can show my family doctor what is going on..
I am focusing, really, on weight loss... the calorie in take and carbs.. mainly calorie intake (since I still do not know what percentage of carbs I should be taking -- I am running bout 16 to 25 percent weekly on carb intake)

Sodium is a shocker, ain't it? A lot of it I can actually taste (cheeses, processed meats) but some of it is really sneaky.
