Hello my friends, I have to tell you that my husband and I had gotten some free samples from the GNC store and this morning I have tried one called Super HD (weight loss High-Def)made by Cellucor. To be honest I know nothing about it except for it is a fat targeting and sculpting agent. Anyway, I am glad I am up early today because after I am done playing on here and catching up with everyone's journal, I am hitting the shower and leaving to go see my dad (with my right hand held up).
This afternoon, I am headed to the gym with hubby. Nothing special planned for the weekend, so I do hope it is a quiet one. Well no more procrastinating it is time to get in the shower and get moving. I hope you all have a blessed and great weekend !!!!!

Good morning Sherrie. You're one up on me, you did the gym yesterday and got it on the schedule for today...I never got to the elliptical last night. Let us know how the Super HD does, I don't know anything about it. My wife has some stuff evidently recommended Dr. Oz, I think it's called Metatrim, she never took it and I was thinking about it but want to look into it first. Have a safe trip to your dad's and a great day.
